Required tests, analysis and measurings are performed through Spectrometer, CMM (3 d Measuring Device), Covering thickness Measuring Device, Profile Measuring Device, Metallographic Sample Cutting Device, Automatic Sample Moulding Device, Metallographic Sample Grinding – Finishing Device, Metallographic Microscope, Digital Micro- Hardness Measuring Device, Profile Projection, Spring Tension Measuring Device, Slack Adjuster Static Test Device, Spring Resistance and Life Test Device at our product test laboratory to produce our products in desired quality criteria in the scope of Inlet Quality Control and R&D studies.
AYDINSAN performs quality control at laboratory conditions for all of its produced and sold products; it also follows regularly material, quality and performance of those products at every phase of manufacturing.
The products are produced with sensitive tolerances at robot and automation manufacturing lines and all processes from raw material entrance to dispatching are controlling.
The dimensional, physical and chemical measurements and performance tests of supplied raw material and produced products are performing at Measuring and Test Laboratories with high equipment level by Trained laboratory personnel.
